Yes, the 2 parents pulled out from ACSJ to SJIJ during the last minutes because the odds is better at SJIJ. But there were also other parents which sticked to ACSJ even though they have better chance at SJIJ.
Be it fate or be it God's will, I heard that the 2 parents who abandoned ACSJ & gate-crashed SJIJ @ 4:25pm were successful in the balloting! And as are all the PR applicants. -

Have received the letter informing orientation is on 12 nov 8.30am but didn’t mention whether it’s at current place or next year temp holding place. Anyone can confirm ? Btw, what do we do at Orientation? Is there anything on the list of books that it’s not necessary to get first?

Yeah, those parents who had wanted to apply for ACS should not even consider SJIJ. In my view, both schools are very very different and their parents are also different (if you know what I mean)…
