quite uncertain now, high chance of heading towards another recession and unlike last time, China is unlikely to be able to help. Top 3 powerhouse are in trouble and Europe has it own problem.


IMO, if have holding power, can pick, but be prepared to hold for a while. if planning margin trade, must have a big pocket and strong heart.

FOMC just coloured the b&w picture of the future last night by keeping interest rates low (aka near zero) till 2013. This means that SG is likely to follow and we are sentenced to death by inflation.

Good morning... just took some time to do a quick TA on the STI...


Here it is...

The STI broke through many supports, and the last two supports were gapped over. 2705 is the next support. IMHO, it should be just about done... otherwise, the market is really moving south really much worse than the extreme oversold... and this is really bad news. For now, it is just not done - yet.
