I know results will be out on MOE website but the thing is i dont want to risk if chances are low u see…cos i’m out of 1km and seems like many are choosing GYPS due to failure in phase 2c for their desired choice.

GYPS has 130+ vacancies which IMO should be safe but wat if there are surprises which we do not expect…

For phase 2B and 2C registrations my hubby and I took turns to call up the schools and enquire on status if they do not have the website to update. Unless there are overwhelming response hence busy to respond…

          Hi,

I think that with 130+ seat, the possibility might not be so high. Therefore, please wait for the website update and decide by tomorrow morning.

I hope not ba. Cos i understand based on past histories, they dont have balloting in this phase. :xedfingers:

I called them, they only quoted 90 over vacancies. So i supposed all are still safe. 🙏

based on past few years’ history, GY still has vacancies at Phase 3. So if no surprises this year, shouldn’t be much of a problem. all the best!

NYmummy, 90 over? I'm quite surprised w this figure actually. Didn't expect this much on 1st day. last sat we purposely turned in to take a look at the new campus . Seems like still hv slot of outstanding construction works..doesn't seem to be that they can be fully ready by dec based on the outlook of it wor ...actually I tink the road that leads to the main road needs impRovement.. Traffic very slow cos only have one lane that can turn left. We were stucked there like 10 min on a non peak timing just to turn left into the main road 😞

seaangel, not to worry. MOE posted memo that GY will operate in Bishan in 2012. Heard from the teachers that GY is planning to move out end Nov. Sure the building will be ready. I can see the workers working day n night now, guess must be rushing. This occurred only recently. 🙂

Wish you all the best. I dont think there's any problem with you joining GY. we'll know tmr.

Ya, maybe try again this afternoon to get a more accurate number? And you went to 'test' the route? the route so horrible? Hmmm.... I doubt i will drive there, probably let my children take school bus. Otherwise, take public buses with the kids lo..... :yikes:

Well I still putting my hopes on waiting list for our first choice. It jus seems silly when the sch is just right at our doorstep yet hv to take sch bus for a sch that's so far away fr us. Thot I will hv some savings on bus transport starting next yr cos he is taking sch bus currently for his kindy too and I find nowadays sch bus fares so ex!! 🙂
