10 yr old boy insult 61 yr old auntie
-
phtthp:
which prestigious school is this rude boy from ?
is it necessary to name the school?
just one mis-guided boy, there no need to \"burn\" the school.
-
forummers are asking the same question…nobody knows
-
if the school is named, then the P and the disciplinary Master in this school should step out say something, not hide in the background …hoping for the wind to blow away, nor sweep it under the carpet so easily.
this 61 year old lady also want justice … since her rice bowl is broken by rude parents + rude boy. Place yourself in the shoes of this school bus lady. How would you feel ?
what happens - if future similar incident happen in future to another school bus auntie from the same prestigious school, or from another school one day ?
should keep all these rudeness in check mah!
so what if a child comes from prestigous school ? -

Forummers on a hunt? We do sound like an angry society....
The boy was so called \"taught by his mum\" to say that... can't expect the school to \"teach\" or \"discipline\" the mum right..? If it is a case where it was a teacher then yes, the sch or P should rightfully address it. if it was a bus of school children with such a behaviour then yes, conduct should be looked into.
Given her age, she should be respected and the words were uncalled for but then again, she went to taunt the boy. Let's face it, 10 years old still growing up and utter such things (no way condoning what he has done, my DDs will get hell for it) but surely the auntie shouldn't be acting like a kid and taunting back nor taking a jibe at the dad? her words aren't pleasant either.
What will happened then? Should the transport company be banned from schools since they employ such aunties or this auntie's name should be splattered everything so she is unemployable since her conduct doesn't speak volumes?
Is there really a need to make the school kneel over since it is \"prestigious\" school where their involvement seems negligiable...
think it would be a thing to show DDs and remind them what respecting the elders and respecting people's occupations

Why keep harping about the "prestigious" school? Does it mean if that boy comes from a neighbourhood school means his behaviour is acceptable??

I disagree.
IMHO, she broke her own rice bowl. -

agreed -
Way I see it, this incident has does not involve the school. It is between the kid, his parents, the bus aunty and the bus company.
And Tankee is right, the aunty broke her own rice bowl. -

Agree with tankee.phtthp:

i dont condone what the boy did.
The root cause are ofcourse the parents - sad we have such parents in our midst, sigh!
But what the lady did is very against her job profile. I think what the bus company did was right. If she cant handle her emotions, can let a childs taunts get to her and stoops to taunting him back , she is not fit for her job.
