      has she expressed any interest in anything over the past year? i will usually take note of their expressed desires over the year and choose from that. sometimes I get them to make a list.

        give her a red packet and the permission to use it to buy whatever she wants (refrain from commenting negatively about her buy! 😓). then bring her shopping!

                thanks for all ur suggestions… besides ang pow for her… i think she likes barbie dolls… just that i feel can i get her something more useful or more unique but within budget… not diamond la… but actually gold is good just that now the price really not worth buying

                  I used to get DD1 useful things for her birthdays and the excitement is somewhat faint.. so switched to toys since afterall it is her birthday , will be buying her milestone gifts on top of her usual toys

                  like 7 years (p1 , 12 p6, 13 1st year of teen) 😛

                      will be scouring for birthday parties spots for next year’s DD1 7th Birthday ,


                      the catch is, it needs to be adult friendly and kids friendly… so kind of a headache…
