Yeah proud mamas hehe :rahrah:
Me too, I also prefer those with concerts. I know Dance station have one yearly & Attitude only have one every 2 years.Serendipity:
Like jtoh, i also prefer a school which has performance opportunities for the children. Believe it's good for building confidence in them, and it's good exposure for a holistic learning experience. :celebrate:
Esp after seeing my DD in her pre-school's end-of-year concert, i'm all the more convinced that such experience is very valuable. I was a proud mamma that day! -
All the proud parents and grandparents can go watch the concert with their cameras and video cams.

thanks for yr added info....so Ms Tan is the new teacher-in-charge...( never meet her b4...)Mrs skipp seems to be going into retirement. The teacher teaching pre pri and pri classes is Ms Tan but I am not sure what her full name is. mrs skipp is around to sometimes help, chit chat with parents. Everyone seems to know her. They aren't really pushy and encourages you to even attend a few times until u or ur child is comfortable before signing up.
I am still observing how the class routine goes. They seem to do warm up but I thought lacking in stretching.... As in those where u open your legs real wide and stretch. So far, only saw 1 out of 4 classes. The funny thing is u can hear all the \"ouches\" from majority of the kids.haha!
Any idea how a typically class routine for pre pri is like?
Ms Tan is really dedicated. Notice her every moves in class is all ballet styles. There was a class where she was doing the skips and 'bicycle' ride with them. The amount of sweat on her back is more than all kids combined !! -
Hi phtthp! Yeah! Was really glad I finally settled down and the timing of the current class fits perfectually into our routine. Can’t wait to see DD be able to dance on her own. Sometimes we even stayed halfway thr the next class watching the gals while waiting for daddy to fetch!

where is yr girl learning ballet ? -
mummy, i got a question to ask… i always see those children whol learn ballet (in primary level) are slender and looks very graceful… will the ballet teacher tell their student to always keep lean? as for pre-primary classes, there are still chubby chubby kids…
