      would appreciate some advise on cooking barley drink for kids... I never seemed to get it right, which type of barley to buy, how much barley to add. My barley drink either end up too tasteless or too thick. šŸ˜› My ma's drink is perfect but all in \"argar-ration\" of mixed china barley and us barley (for why also dunno) My kids hate the creamy barley I made. I always felt that the \"goodness\" are all in the \"cream\" so I shake the bottle prior to pouring them a cup.

      How abt Lo-Han Guo? all i know abt these two drinks and chrysanthemum are that they are \"cooling\"...
