Hey my ideal is still at least 14 rooms.....

In view of the rising property price and that everyone might have to stay under one roof one day. So I would like to have 3 rooms each for each of my child so they can stay with their family. 2 rooms for us, 1 general room, room for pils/ parents if they are still around as well as not forgetting the maid(s) to help out in a big household....

You also have to consider the conflicts arising among so many families under one roof. How are you going to handle?

Yah šŸ˜‚ It's just a dream in a ideal world. In fact this dream is shared by my kids. They kept asking why don't we build 2 more floors so that my parents can stay in with us as well. Well... it's not an easy task.

My ideal nos. of rooms - 8! :rahrah:

1 for me+DH, 1 each for my 3 kids, 1 for my domestic helper (she needs a proper room to rest after a whole day work šŸ˜‰ ), 1 as a study room, 1 for my mother who sleeps over on weekends and 1 spares for guests/friends/relatives who pop by šŸ˜„

And not forgetting a spacious living room for all to sit around together time šŸ•ŗ

with 8 rooms, your domestic helper needs an assistance more than a room.

        šŸ˜‰

                  sorry :offtopic:

after visiting 2 showflats for 2-bedroom units at 420 and 640sq ft, I felt so lucky to live in a 'normal' flat with a decent size of 1200sq ft. šŸ˜“
die die not giving it up

But very few of us will have a chance to have that kinda size for a kitchen.

                    Maybe this one more possible

Hmm...I think my ideal would be 8 rooms. 1 for me and hubby, 2 each for my daughters, 1 library cum study room (this room must be BIG), 1 music room, 1 games room, 1 home-theatre entertainment room and 1 home office. :imcool:
