u will not regret it. I am having so much fun cooking in it that my family is now taking orders for dinner. Even making simple snacks like muah chee is so easy that not wanting to grow fat also diffcult.

Yes, BizJ also sell other pots, but we never tried not sure about it as most of us here are Happy user of HappyCall Pan.

Just4Fun, my initial enthousiasm has died down… but I dun think the pan will be a white elephant. I think mine will see regular use with veggie stir fry and steak fry once I have succeeded in training my helper. For the other oven roast dishes, I may still revert back to oven because I dun like having to hang around to flip the pan.

Been following thread & went ahead to order the basic 55mm thru’ SGS yesterday.

Planning 1st dish to be a fish since pan is suppose to be good at. I read somewhere that one can just cook using frozen saba, i.e. start cooking in its frozen state. Really? When do I add in the sauce, say terriyaki? After cooking fish half-way, or at the beginning together with frozen fish? Frozen salmon can? Or other fish like batang, selar, pomfret?
Sorry for such detailed question. Or if someone can point me to some website, blog or link for such detailed instructions.
