      To aid healing:

      1. Take Vit C, calcium and glusosamine (either food or supps).
      2. Have enough rest/sleep.
      3. Avoid any strenous activities even after it heals for at least 3 months.
      4. If possible, go for physiotherapy often to get the shoulder working again.

Kids heal and recover fast. Impt now is to make sure he recovers well (let the bones heal properly).

I don’t think there’ll be an impact on sports in future.

Yes. Go to polyclinic for x-ray first. If no broken or fracture, you may then like to see chinese bonesetter for massage if still not well after 3 - 4 days.

I had fell down and my wrist was swollen and pain for a few months, it was only after seeing chinese bonesetter, then it fully recover.

:thankyou: X-rays showed no fracture. The GP prescribed painkillers. But pain still comes back once the painkiller loses strength. Possbile nerves injury?

Hi shurley197323, sorry to hear about the fracture it must hurt a lot for the poor boy. Regarding playing sports in future, as long as his collar bone heals properly, i dont think it will be a problem. As bones will usually come out stronger after any fracture.

I fractured my right arm when i was in P4, till today i cant touch my own shoulder with my right arm. However i play golf and badminton pretty well 😄
