Catholic High shares the same principal for Primary and Secondary section. I believe it is the principal’s philosophy that work miracles as well as caring and responsible teachers. Catholic High not only achieve good grades in Sec. but also in Pri. Cheers… for Cat. High.

Both are popular 'O' level track boy sec school. Parents who have sons in the school say it is very good . Well given a choice, which one will be your first choice? Why? -

Distance.
For us, if it was between VS & CHS, then it'd be CHS as it's much nearer. You do know that for sec sch children, they do end anytime between 2pm to 7pm, right?
Also, I think it really depends on your son's abilities & interests? Eg. for my younger boy who would be the next one doing PSLE, VS wouldn't even be one of his choice schools since it's not known to be strong in Chinese, is it? And the CCA he has strong interest in, I doubt VS is strong in it.
So there are many factors for you to consider. But distance is really one of the 1st, I must stress. -

2)CCA Achievements
3)Speciallization
1)As compared to Catholic High School, Victoria School is obviously much further.
2) Depending on your child's CCA, you might want to choose between the two schools on which suits your child's CCA more.
3) Victoria School is much of an English school. If your child is not good in English, I would encourage you to enrol him into Catholic High School.
Victoria School's cut-off point is 246 whereas Catholic High School's cut-off point is 249. You might want to consider this as one of the factors as well. Thanks.

My son had initially wanted to select CHS but after visiting SJI's Open House, he has decided to choose SJI instead.
SJI's New Principal, Assoc.Prof Koh Thiam Seng's new directions and workplans for SJI are indeed impressive.

Both are catholic school. I am now confused which to choose from. Any comments about 1.) Environment, 2.) Campus, 3.) Child development, 4.) how much my son will enjoy?

Just Kaypo, what is the T score COP of PSLE 2009 for P6 going to Sec 1.
Heard / rumour it is 237?
Has been looking at pass years from the MOE website. 2006 and 2007 PSLE going 2007 and 2008 Sec 1 has Special Stream’s COP but 2008 PSLE going 2009 Sec 1 do not have Special Stream’s COP. -
