Hot soba with spinach & chicken
Jap Curry Rice
Fish soup

Beehoon/Kway Teow/Mee Tai Bak soup/fried
Fried Suan Pan Zi

My deceptively fast dishes:
- Lasagna with home-made bechamel sauce (roux, milk, cheese sauce) and bottled tomato pasta sauce (add beef, mushrooms)
- Beef hor-fun (ala Geylang style)
- Ginger and Spring Onion chicken cubes (tze char style)
- Roasted chicken (Michael Smith style) - super moist and easy
- Chicken curry (from scratch) - My mom’s curry recipe is very easy and fast
- Egg tofu & Minced chicken nuggets (I make my own chicken nuggets from mashing tofu and minced chicken together, add seasoning then coat with breadcrumbs.) -
