What are the quick recipes or 1 dish meals that you cook for lunch/dinner? Can we share as I’m quite tired of eating my normal dishes? Here are some of my boring dishes;-

            1) Yong Tau Foo soup
            2) Japanese curry rice
            3) Stewed chicken in soya sauce
            4) Stir-fry mix vegetables
            5) Grill chicken (I use frozen ones to save time)
            6) Home made pizza

Hope over to the one dish meal thread and you will be able to find more ideas.

Off the cuff, some quick meals that I can whip up within 30mins provided the meats/fish are thawed, no long pre-seasoning required.

                  Cold soba
Hot soba with spinach & chicken
                  Jap Curry Rice
                  Fish soup
                  Tom Yum soup
                  Beehoon/Kway Teow/Mee Tai Bak soup/fried
                  Fried Suan Pan Zi
                  Fried Korean Rice cake
Yellow Tofu Stirfried with minced meat, diced mushroom & basil/chinese celery
Steamed silken tofu with stirfried minced meat sauce
                  Steamed fish
                  Thai chicken/beef and basil stirfry

                    My deceptively fast dishes:

                    - Lasagna with home-made bechamel sauce (roux, milk, cheese sauce) and bottled tomato pasta sauce (add beef, mushrooms)
                    - Beef hor-fun (ala Geylang style)
                    - Ginger and Spring Onion chicken cubes (tze char style)
                    - Roasted chicken (Michael Smith style) - super moist and easy
                    - Chicken curry (from scratch) - My mom’s curry recipe is very easy and fast
                    - Egg tofu & Minced chicken nuggets (I make my own chicken nuggets from mashing tofu and minced chicken together, add seasoning then coat with breadcrumbs.)
