My method is to drink bei qi soup. Cook 3-4 sticks of beiqi 北芪, wolfberry, red dates with any meat about 300g for 2 hours. Drink one a week. You will not feel tired easily.

For 北芪, please buy good ones which costs about $9 a pack.

beiqi is chinese herb? sell in yao chai diao?

Yes, 北芪 is chinese herb. You can buy from TCM yao chai diao like Fu hua, Zheng zhong ping.

There is a medical condition called chronic fatique symptom. TCM is especially good with this.

              1. Does he feels cold easily? Does his feets and hands feel cold often? If this is so, it could be a symptom of Yang deficiency.

              2. If not, is it the opposite? Does he feels hot easily? the palms feels above average heat than normal people. If this is the case, it may Ying deficiency.

              3. If it is neither the above, it could be just qi deficiency of which if properly determined, can be treated with specific qi-deficiency medical formula such as Ba zhen tang, shi quan da bu tang (contain 北芪 also), etc…

But generally, symptoms due to deficiencies require longer term treatment with chinese herbs that address the root of the problem.

One of the symptons of Vit B deficiency is fatigue/ tireness.

There is many brand of Vit B complex supplements in the market, you may want to look out in the pharmacy. Redoxon is Vit C, does not help fatigue or energy boost, but helps to build immunity.

He should be under some form of stress.

He should take a step back from his routine and do something different.
