When I first upgraded my iPad2 to to iOS5, I had serious battery drain issues. But after the software update, all is well. You mean to say others still face problems?

that’s what people are saying and also why Apple is pushing out another update so soon. there was supposed to be a 5.0.2, but that died during beta testing apparently, as it too failed to address the issue.

Oh, did not know about IOS 5.1, but since you mentioned, i google searched it and found that it is not released to the public yet.

Only me in the family is android, the rest is apple.
I love my android, i don't know why the rest like apple.

The battery drain of my ipad has been ridiculously fast after the update.
Charged to full 100% and still cannot last till night time

android has got this location ware profile manager App, where it can set profiles, such as ringer sound level etc based on location.

very useful esp for those working, can auto switch to silent at workplace, quiet at home and very loud at other places etc..

Apple store doesn't have anything even close.. not even time based profile manager.

Apple Apps is not necessary better then android.. and android does have App that iOS doesn't have.

When I was using WM6.5, I used to envy those using Apple.. and as I own an iPad, can't help but felt that iPhone is such a wonderful device, can do so many thing with so many Apps and games..

But ever since I got an android phone.. I realise my phone can do so much more and so much freedom.... it's much better then iPhone..
