Hm yes the top scorers have been Malaysians for the past 3 years. It's been reported in the Malaysian newspaper too.


Cedar's B Div football champion title is an even more incredible achievement, considering that football was a new CCA only formed this year.

many top boys' schools could not field a football team too, considering that there is a pool of 300-400 boys a year to choose from..600-800 boys for a division (of 2 yrs)...all because for the pursuit of academic success...quite a sad thing for singapore's education that they are not able to enjoy the greatest game in the world during their youth...

if you join St Nick - another attraction coming up is a brand new, huge Junior college campus (4 storey high) is awaiting you when you reach Yr 5 / 6. your sister school SCGS girls and brother school Catholic High boys will join St Nick sisters and all study together for A level, university bound. As of now, the Principals from these 3 Sec schools are working extremely hard hand in hand together, looking forward excitedly for the birth of the new school, dawn of a new era.

when the 2 sisters school go IP in 2013, would be curious to find out:-


will both SCGS and St Nick have the same COP for IP stream, or different (based on demand)?

if different, which one easier to enter IP (lower COP) ?
so far, this is the first unique case in history where 2 girls’ school combine together for a common IP path.

Thanks for your reply in this thread.
After reading, we changed our choice from Cedar to CHIJ after much consideration.
Just to let you know that your reply has made a difference to our choice.

DD has been posted to CHIJ St Nicholas and was being offered the MEP. She is very excited about it : )

Does anyone here has kids in MEP. Is it good? Shall we accept the offer?
Appreciate any feedback.
