Ds wants to me to find out what was actually done during the orientation camp. So he won’t be in for a shock when he’s there next week. Anyone whose ds is already an existing student want to share? I know camp activities are organised by different groups of seniors each year. What roughly what do they do?

Are parents allowed into the school on the first day of school? I don’t mean drop off, I mean hanging around, maybe in the canteen, for a while? Vlim, paddy, vsk, will you all be accompanying your DSs to school on 3/1?

Hi my friend's son next year S1 in RI. She is looking for one parent who drives his son to RI. Kindly help her to fetch her son to school every morning also. She stays in Jurong West Ave 1 (Near Jurong Green CC). She will pay S$100 for every month as thanks. If you are interested, please call Madam Li at 90261655. :thankyou:

Tell your DS not to worry. The PSL will take good care of them. Just enjoy the camp..

Yes, I will be going as I need to buy the PE attire for DS. Think should be ok for parents to go, as it's the first day of school afterall.

I will accompany ds to school for the first two days - taking MRT circle line. But I won't be hanging around in the school compound even if that's allowed because ds prefers that I don't go in with him.
