Hi, I will be registering my gal to Jurong West Primary. The school’s standard has been improving over the years esp. so when the new principal came onboard. Last year, their PSLE top scorer was 273 and 21 kids scored >250, in which (if I am not wrong), was the 2nd highest top score in JW areas school after Rulang.

The school is currently undergoing upgrading, and they will have an indoor sports hall and added more facilities, including a basc. Upgrading is scheduled to be completed mid of this year. So hopefully the school will go single-session next year.

Just to share these info with parents who might be considering which schools to go for in JW area.

          Just my 2 cents.

a friend of mine stay very near Rulang primary. She said this year in her vicinity, she saw so many people from different nationality renting flat from her block and from other nearby block. she said everyone want to give a shot at Rulang.

in normal years, already very hot.
this year, water boiling beyond 100 degree celsius.

i think between Kong Hwa and Tao Nan, Tao Nan is more competitive to get in. is already tough to enter Kong Hwa. Tao Nan is tougher.

                        different nationality?

unless they are PR, else not eligible for phase 2
