For the Sec 1, 2 and 3, what is minimum marks to score for HCL before the school advise students to drop to CL?

To continue HCL in Sec 2 and 3, I believe it is achieving at least a β€˜pass’ grade for HCL. To continue in Sec 4, one has to attain at least a distinction in his Chinese O-Levels taken at the end of Sec 3.

Don't' even know who they are. haha. My son's form teacher is the Choir Tr-in-charge, he says. And there's mixed CL/HCL students. 37 in their class.

Yeah, it's 9.2! Wonder any top 0-level girls school make the grade?

O-levels still dominated by girls one reason being distinction grade for english is still coming frm MGS and SCGS, >90% vs national average of 20.2-20.4% approx.

The consolidation is that CHS is still ahead of VS and SJI.

                        First A1 clinched for CL!

Newlykiasu: Mrs Chua is a really humourous Chem teacher, though she’s quite strict when it comes to her cadets and I expect her to be as such towards her form class.

Ichigokun: Not sure about any of your teachers!

Some pretty good results for Os this year, especially with the Maths. Emaths has a 95% distinction rate and Amaths 89 if I am not wrong. The Sciences around the 80 mark and some of the Humanities too. English is the black sheep this year with only about 50+% distinctions.
