Mrs Lee highlighted the traffic problem this morning during the MTP for P4s . She even flashed the vehicle number of those cars that's causing the problem, well done! :salute:

Hi lizhi,
Why not sign up to attend the maths Olympiad workshop if she has been selected by teacher.lizhi:
Hi parents,
Any feedback on e maths Olympiad workshop? I'm considering whether to let my DD sign up :?
Nanyang seems to have quite a few enrichment class, fr sciene to Chinese to speech n drama. So many to choose from but so limited time. Based on what I've read, workshop will be conducted by an external vendor n there will be hw. So was wondering how different is this workshop fr other maths classes n whether it's necessary for my DD to attend this workshop
For the maths Olympiad enrichment class, it is good chance to open up the kid’s potential. Not all children can attend this enrichment class even if they want to. -
For Chinese composition, at which level do they start writing without pictures?

My girl came back today she told me that she asked her teacher if assistant monitor will also get the badge. She said yes but the badges will be ready only in 2 week times.
No badges for Asst Monitor (as of last year). Some other monitors like discipline will have sash...hmsg:
Hi Parents
Your DD /DS has collected their monitor badges?
Assistant Monitor also has badges?
:scratchhead:
She said her P1 class last year 1 main and assistant monitor have the badges.
:scratchhead:
Each class will have 2 monitors and both will wear the monitor badge. Didn't know they are called differently. The assistant monitor badge still reads \"monitor\" right? -
Yes, badges are all "monitor".

what a looser he is. No lah, I wont do anything to him except than to let the authorities deal with him. He wont even know who .GoopPwr:
I think it can be seened from many of the replies that , quite a few us are concious and aware of our actions. I just wish that there are more.
Sad, but this is how our society has become.
I wonder if those road blocks are even aware of their actions. If they are, they surely do not give a hoot about others.
Any one noticed a dark colour beemer, during school dismissal hour, back gate, many times, parked along double yellow lines, at spots that blocks the traffic, sometimes for 15-20 mins.... S----99B
Haha! Seen many times, that car. But do be careful. Once a lady honked him many times, until he finally moved off. then when he moved off he intentionally jammed on his brake for no reason. Lucky her reaction was fast or she would have rammed into his back. -

Good of her to do such a thing. If you cant get them to be more considerate, shame them.
Hit them where it hurts, the \"face\". -
