You may take a look at Chartis Personal Accident Plan

http://www.chartisinsurance.com/sg-Personal-accident_1030_230836.html (free cover for kid if both parent took up the plan)

        or

        http://www.chartisinsurance.com/Junior-Advantage_1030_229172.html.

Personally . the definition of a claim is very important for a personal accident plan. So do read the definition before you buy.

        Hope it helps...

                Just for sharing-

Some notable exclusion and definition in Direct Asia Personal Accident plan

-Accident must be external(choking/Drowning/suffocation most likely be excluded)
                -Food Poisoning excluded
-labour strike, riot or civil commotion, Terrisom excluded
-Loss of use (excluded) covers only loss of body parts.

There are insurers in the market that covers the above 4 exclusion. Of course DirectAsia PA plan may have their unique features which is not available on other insurer too.
If the above exclusions are a concern to you. Do shop around.
