Anyone have any idea how to do the 2D family tree? The bio data supposed to be on the tree or on a separate sheet of paper?

The rank/title refers to the official name like \"popo\" or grandmother?

My dd did her on the family tree sheet last year. For the rank/title, she used grandmother. I think it is ok to use \"popo\" as I think it is quite clear in meaning. If you have time, you can also use a \"open card\" style to display your bio data/rank behind the photo.

      Thanks, comfy!

Ds put both grandmother and popo in his 1st draft. He got back his 1st draft few days ago. Teacher suggested using different icons for men and women and then a legend to explain these icons. You may want to include theses.

He said some of his classmates also got full marks even if it was done on A4 as long as they can put the idea across. I think the legend is important as it explains the concept of your family tree & it doesn't really matter if you put 'popo' or grandmother as title, in fact, the sample given to us also use 'popo' as the 称呼. Today, DS2 will be submitting his interview Q&A for review, hope it's ok. 😓

Thank you ! I think it's bcos there are so many members in the 3 generations so that the tree looks very full & 'complete', full of names & titles ! 😄

Can I check if your DS got any homework brought home to do so far ? Mine hardly has any homework except those projects. DS2 said all done in school. :?

Yes, he did bring back. Sometimes a math worksheet, but seldom for science worksheet. Wednesday did a revision for 作文, Yesterday a English worksheet, also need do one 心语录.

It looks your DS is high efficiency, right?

huh ? got 作文 ? 心语录 ? what's that ? faint ! I better ask him tonite. On the contrary, my DS2 is a person who will forget to do his homework, forgets where he put his water bottle, etc, that's why I keep asking him why he doesn't have any homework. I still remember DS1 got tonnes of homework whereby sometimes he had to work past midnight, esp when he's in P6 .... 😓
