Cant view billing online for a long time le but they said this yr their new system will be up. Just dun know when..

but last year nov or so i still manage to check billing online…usually i check quarterly… the lady told me now cant. i said can we feedback as it’s more convenient to check online than asking for invoice… waste paper also… she said cannot now… i said ok then i feedback

Then u are lucky cos i couldnt since oct. There was a circular before to inform that they will close the link and in the midst of revamping a new one.

I paid by giro so just receive monthly receipt from them.

will ask for invoice or whatever they called … as i saw some deduction which i have no idea what’s that for… and from the new website there is $10 discount mthly for sibling… $10 per month… one year $120. can buy new year clothes le… haa

yes if you request for the bill, they will print out for you. This is what i have been doing.
