OMG. My class form teacher is gonna start ringing up parents to tell us how badly we did for MR1.

Hopefully she doesn’t tell my mom I failed Geography or I WILL DIE.

After the retest, hopefully I’ve passed. Still dk yet

I just spoke with the Geography Subject Level Head. Can *die*. You'll only get 50% or less of the grade of your re-test. Yes, I know my son has always been poor at performing academically - what's new? Do whatever to his grade as you wish, lor. Not my life. Yeah, I told him that. I'm *pissed* bc 1stly my son was on MC on day of Geog Test. Then either he is sooooo blur or it wasn't communicated to him that he had to take a replacement test bc of MC so he failed that since not prepared. And then, he was only told of the re-test on the day of the re-test itself, just an hour or so before the test. I'm not going to bother to understand the system or bother to fight it. Not worth it.

Does anyone has past year Sec 1 papers - SA1, CA2, SA2? or point to where we can get hold of them? It seems that Sec school papers are extremely hard to come by - even when they are sold - you can find only very few schools. I think it will help to use them as practice papers. Do share info on this if you have any. Tks!

CHS Sec Paper? Tried 1+ year, not able to get.

You have higher chance if you try your teacher.

Retest scores don't count. It's the main ones that gets recorded. Impt thing is to take it as a lesson learnt n move forward and bounce back.

But the teacher said the scores would count for at least a bit. 😞

Yea I’m quite sure retest scores count towards the actual score… but the final score can only reach a maximum of 50% (of the total marks)…

Ichigokun: Perhaps you didn’t do well enough in the retest such that your final score would be affected… I’m not sure how they calculate though… lols… but yea jyss!
