hmmm nice topic, actually i always give time to myself... When my birthday comes, i go to a place alone, then after that celebration with others... :celebrate:

Stop celebrating after age 30, though mum would always remember to cook eggs with sweet vermicelli for me every year on my lunar b’day.
Now I enjoy celebrating DS’s b’day for him instead. -
My parents usually give me an angpow and DH and DD and I will usually go somewhere to eat.

well now…actually my dd celeb. for me. she nags n get money from daddy to get me a gift and cake, hand made card etc.

I actually put up this thread, because, on 7th November, it was my birthday, and I just wanted to know how YOU GUYS would celebrate your birthdays...

Celebration usually starts with colleague and friends buying me treats and cake. I’ll take a day off from work on my bday. In order to relax for the day before going for dinner treats by DH. MY DS would usually draw me something as my gift.

the hope to count downwards to minus the wrinkles, the paunch, the sag,

followed by 21, when one so call gets the key to freedom... ahakz... :lol:
