Thought that Yakult is already like lactefort? anyway, if she is having mild diarrhoea, it may not be good to load her system with yakult/milk becos that may irritate it somemore. But you can certainly put it in her foods.


btw, drinking water from teochew porridge (just boil rice in a lot of water) is good for upset stomachs.

The content in Yakult is not much.

Babies not on solid food drink milk.
We’ve never had issues with either
Yakult or milk taken with LF. Water
intake is important to keep children
hydrated with the loss of water from
the body due to diarrhoea.

Lacteol fort is very useful in both diarrhea and constipation. If a person is constipated, try taking lacteol fort, it will helps to remove bowel naturally.
