All pharmacies. It's on the shelves, don't need to ask the pharmacist. Near Gaviscon etc... But it's kinda mild imho... you'll need something stronger if it's bad diarrhea. -
it can use even for children bad breathe. ask them to swirl in their mouth first before drinking it down.
