              Miss you :hugs:

Waaaaaah , you certainly have been experimenting :salute:

Can share your pistachio and seaweed recipe?? :please:

:hugs: hello autumnbronze!! missed you too! :snuggles:

Nah...we love bread so we are trying all means to experiment all kinds of 'exotic' breads(that we can't find from stores ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) even my mum helps to contribute on those wierd combination ingredient ideas ๐Ÿ˜‰
I'm using z recipes for my s machine  z's recipes are more user friendly(all measurements are in cups, tsp and tbsp instd of s's recipes, all in grams ๐Ÿคท abit mafan)

I m sticking to the basic white bread's recipes :boogie: , add on the ingredient when hears the 'beep beep beep'. Will adjust the water from 2/3 cups to 1/3 cups if the ingredient used was wet. Eg, apple, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, strawberries etc.
I used a pack(abt 70g bah) of pistachio and a small pack of korean seaweed. if you really like seaweed, I suggest to use at least 2 packs as we couldn't taste the seaweed at all when 1 pkt was used.

Korean seaweeds? I have loads of them at home but all salted! Can use the salted type? And do you cut them into smaller bits? How big?[/quote]
              Hello Busymom,
I'm not sure whether using salted seaweed will affect the bread texture or not...but if you like seaweed, think shouldn't hv any problem bah  . Just remember to reduce the salt input. No need to cut the seaweed, just get your kids to tear them into small small pieces will do. I'm sure they will enjoy the breadmaking process and the parent-child bonding too :snuggles:
Jia Yu Jia Yu! :rahrah: :rahrah: :rahrah:

Hey, wanna check with those of you who owns a Z-machine and bakes regularly like at least 2-3 times per week...does your electric consumption increase significantly? My fren says hers increase by about $50 per mth ๐Ÿ˜ž

Can't be. Does your fren knows that there has been an increase in the electricity tariffs to 28.78 cents per kWh recently?

                        Correct me if I'm wrong.
                        eg. 800watts = 0.8kwh x no of hrs x price of electricity = costs
