      Mawar:
I was quite affected the first time I watched the video. Shivered. What a close call for the other cars.

      Yes, exactly!!!

        Joule:
I also know it is 2 wrong but in my mind I just want to ensure that all wrong is counted

so autopsy, if drinking makes it 3 wrong
Whether felali driver is DUI or not is very material,
esp in any subsequent insurance claims.

Even though his cremation seems a little hasty,
        there is sufficient time to do an autopsy;
or if TP suspects DUI, at d very least they cld hv collected forensic samples
before releasing his body to his family.

          u can say dat again.
d video came fr d car dat was to d left of Cabby Cheng's taxi.
It cld hv been him or d pedestrian who crossed seconds earlier.
They were lucky; Cabby Cheng, S. Ito n d motorcyclist were not.

            so ironic

drinking: ownself engage lawyer and sue

some more the ferrari driver family is rich and mobile.

thinking about it makes me angry if the family just up and run away back to China

                pardon my language

                what I actually mean is

the taxi driver family needs to sue the ferrari family if they are to get any compensation, right?

but ferrari family is rich and mobile

                court might take months

I really wonder if they are going to stick around

                and you raised another point

                I’m quite cynical

so maybe the ferrari driver family may even sue the taxi driver family!

I hear such cases are common in China

                rich ppl bully poorer ppl

let's hope some kind famous lawyerwilling to help taxi driver family, by taking up his case, free of charge.

if F family counter sue, God in Heaven has EYES above, Justice will prevail !

                  hehas 3mil $ condo right?
sell it and compensate the Singaporeans he killed.
He's an irresponsible midnight murderer, killing people on the road.

can LTA check how many more other Ferrari are there in SG, owned by both local and foreigner ? We don't want to see any more similar future accident(s) happen to our local taxi drivers going forward, just because of some \"hao liao\" show off foreign Ferrari drivers turning our Singapore streets pass midnight into absyss misery hell for local families.

This is a wake up call for LTA !

let this poor taxi driver death do NOT die in vain for nothing, but turn it into a wake up call - ban all Ferrari driving in Singapore! Extend same rule to all other fast cars, sports car category. Our city of Singapore is not meant to drive fast sports cars.

LTA, wake up please ! You've got work to do !!!

Let d insurance companies deal with it.

Now that Ferrari driver gone and sent back to china, family may not stay…reported that they are applying for PR. So they are considered ‘foreigners’ in the meantime.

Singapore is wrong place to speed. Can flaunt wealth, but fast car cannot speed.
