Hi,
Anyone can advise just education at je good?
How much do they charge? -
joliemum:
Just Education (JE) charges are the same, across all branches in SG.
I'm very concerned about the class size if I were to send my boys to JustEdu.
Any mums has got any experience there?
How much is their Math tuition for P1 and P4?
P1 Maths: $ 86 per month
P4 Maths: $ 96 per month ($10 more)
had seen their P1 Maths worksheets. They’re good, teach topic by topic, cover pretty much in depth. At the end finish each Maths topic, pupils sit for an Assessment test, to gauge how much they've understood that topic been taught for a few week sessions.
there are two types of P1 Maths, parents can choose.
both same costs ( $86 per month) :-
a)\tfirst type called \"2 in 1 Programme\" :-
cover 2 subjects: English and Maths (One hour per subject)
P1 English: cover grammar, vocabulary, cloze passage(s), comprehension & later on, composition.
pupils are given worksheets in class. Teacher teach & guide them in class.
JE Bishan branch: only five P1 pupils so far.
when go up P2:-
\"2 in 1 Programme\" available: also $86 per month (for 2 subjects).
b)\tsecond type called “Just Maths”
is 2 hours - focus on Maths solely, one subject alone.
besides teaching pupils, students also need to do “extra” in class from a book published by “Just Education”. This book teach “Topic by Topic”. If you buy direct from “Just Education” instead of go Popular bookshop, can get 20% discount.

since 2 hours full concentratration, “Just Maths” teach more in depth, compared to “2 in 1 programme”.
JE Bishan branch – no class formed for “Just Maths” yet.
minimal need 4 pupils, to start a new class.
somehow, parents seem to favor \"2 in 1 programme\" more perhaps because ... one extra subject taught (English).
