Yuhua:
i am trying to bring my weight down too

the scale has been creeping up with each pasing yr, maybe due to age, metabolic goes down and also my job require me to sit whole day

i just started my exercise regime
run in the gym, yoga and if i have no time to hit the gym, i run on the spot at home

i wonder if this will help ...just started 2 weeks only

Yoga surely helped! Jia you :imcool:
I did yoga for the past 1 year and lost more than 8kg..Persevere and you will see results soon.. :rahrah:

I do ashtanga yoga or also known as power yoga. It more dynamic than hatha yoga. I have been doing hatha for about 4 months before I switched to ashtanga as I saw weight lost in my sister. I suppose the reasons I saw good improvements is due to the small class size and thus the teacher really give good attention to each one of us. Sometimes she varies certain poses just to suit each and every one of us according to our capability and ability to master the poses. I really like the teacher as well as she is really good in explaining and also knowledgeable as she cleverly twist certain poses so just to help built our confidence towards attaining the pose. It is more cardiovascular work out and in addition toning and stretching. It sort of replaced my jogging and swimming sessions as I get the same benefits or evern more. With some poses as well, I am able to worked out my intestines and colons and different organs by going deep into the poses. So much benefits.
I have not heard of yin yoga btw. What is it like?

hi yuhua,

really? yoga slim u down by 8kg?
that is a lot!
i have been doing yoga for 6 months, average 1-2 times per week
i do hatha and yin yoga, but my weight didnt go down at all

may i know what yoga you do? thks
I think it is really possible to unsag cos i was really flabby after delivering my younger DS. I toned up pretty well through ashtanga yoga i must say. I think ashtanga yoga or pilates might do you good :boogie:

I dun think exercise alone can help if you dun watch what you eat. You must reduce your intake of carbo esp at night.

I have a fren who signed up for slimming sessions but still couldn’t slim down as she did not control her diet.

I also went for kickboxing but couldn’t drop the weight until I cut down on my carbo intake. I dropped 11kg so far. So I am convinced it’s the food intake and not what particular exercise you do.

Agree with you there. Food adjustment is also important. I realise that after starting with my yoga classes, pretty naturally i cut down on carbo intake. I am a very carbo person and really struggled to eat lesser 😓 my teacher explained that through certain poses and cleansing techniques taught in class, the stomach and intestines get cleansed. And therefore, the stomach gets smaller and back to original size and thus appetite reduced as well. :boogie:

Hi Yuhua,

personally i like yin yoga very much, especially the deep stretching for each pose. for the first few lessons, some poses were very painful for me, as i go along and practise at home, i find that its not as bad as the first time i tried it

and also, i used to have cramp on the first 2 days of period, after doing yin yoga, the pain is lesser and flower also lighten

give it a try!

Hi,

I have tried many ways to slim down like go jogging almost every day, gym, yoga, skip 1 meal, take slimming pills etc but none of them work well to me. Only my friend introduced this weight management that helped me to achieve my target weight within 3 months. Besides taking this weight management program, you have to control your diet, dun take too much carbo and no snacks too.

This is not only a weight management program as it is a nutritional product. It contains all the vitamins that we need each day. Taking this product will not have any side effect.

Even I have stopped taking the product for half a year, my weight never rebounce and that is why I am very happy with the product.

If anyone interested to know more, free feel to PM me or email me at [email protected].
