Does anyone know if this MMR 2nd dose is compulsory for P1 registration or not?

According to MOE's website http://www.moe.edu.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/required-documents/#immunisation-cert, only 1 dose of MMR is required, but that is applicable for this year's registration.

Not sure if they will change that requirement next year.

yes…my girl took her 2nd dose of MMR in school when she was P1…so just 1st dose is sufficient.

I’m also planning ahead for my 2nd child who will be going to P1 in Yr 2004. Hv signed up PV for Beacon (future school)…if not selected then will go to Southview (hubby ex boy). Southview too academic driven and homework is daunting that I doubt my boy can handle…that’s why seeking other less stressful schools.

                      Hi… i am new…

DD is also a golden pig…
super stress over this P1 registration stuff.
Was offered a place in PV in RGPS but gave it up cos din want my DD to study in the ATAS environment… now have to resort to registrating her under phrase 2C.
some friends have told me that I am stupid enuff to give up the PV in RGPS. sigh…

now looking at RVPS(within 1km) but under phrase 2C. if not, will be in phrase 2B for church affiliation…but super far from my place… my DH is an ACS old boy, don’t think he can use that to registrate my DD in any schools under phrase 2A right?

                      TIA

No, you cannot register your girl under MGS, even though your husband was former ACS boy.
