Anyone using just sunblock? If yes, I want to ask - if use only sunblock, need to use makeup remover or not?

yes, you still need to use e makeup remover if it's the cream type. else it will clog your pores. for waterproof type, i only use cleanser to remove it. but i'm not sure my skin will be cleared or not.

Hi, my DS is in P6 this year & I have notice he got tiny \"pimple\" on his forehead. I am not too sure if they are pimples, think should be caused by him being too lazy to wash his face properly. He don't use any facial wash, just water & most of the time he don't bother to wash properly.

I want to start him with simple skincare products, any mummies got any good recommendation? TIA.
you can let him try Mentholatum Acnes cleanser for pimples as i find it effective on me šŸ˜‚

One mum here said she used biore sunblock which is not oily (she has oily skin). Can't remember her ID (is it LOLmum, augmum, fightingmum...?

I bought one to try. Hey, good leh! Thanks to her, I have found a sunblock that is great on my oily skin! Thank you!

not me lah, i havent try the kao biore sunblock yet......
Does it provide protection for both Uva and Uvb ?
Which have u try ? The aqua rich or the whitening one ?

Not specified, just say uv rays so I just the uv coverage is not comprehensive. I use the one for oily skin (white bottle).

Now considering haba labo lotion.

Waah! I'm so envious! You ladies can go for regular facials! Before kids, I went every month. After kids...I'm lucky if I can go once a year! And usually it's when I'm on vacation. I really enjoy facials. Don't know if it has any effect for me, but I love the face and head massage. I will usually fall asleep! So even if they miss things out I wouldn't know!

I haven't gone for a facial for the past 11 months, since DS2 was born.

Intending to go for one just before his 1st birthday šŸ˜„

:hi5:

I hope you get to go!

You deserve it!!
Ladies, must share share with you all about this. Augmum mentioned about hydraulic acid in the past post, and the other day, I was at a watson and bought one to try. It really binds in the moisturiser well and skin feels more moisturised and softer after use. Lines also seems lesser. On the 1st day, it caused a few small outbreaks but when I started using the blemish spot gel on the oily prone-to-outbreak areas (nose, chin, etc.), it became perfectly fine. Have only been using for the last 3 days but can see a difference in skin texture šŸ˜‰ .

Augmum, :thankyou: for the tip. Really works for me! šŸ˜‚

Hi Pen88n,
Glad that u find the hyaluronic acid serum to be useful.... šŸ˜„
Wow....only 3 days, and u see a diff in yr skin texture....
Btw, u use the serum alone, or under yr own moisturiser ?
Which brand did u buy at Watson and how is it priced ?

I get mine fr Iherb.com .....when i was ordering for my health supplements,
happened to see few brands there....
Good pricing..... :please:

I use super hydraulic acid under the Hada Labo brand. Supposed to be top selling product in Japan. Bought from Watson. Think the price is about $20+.

Just need about 4 drops for face and neck. After applying this, I will top with moisturiser (SKII in the night-time and Loreal HydraFresh in daytime).
ok....thks....
As for me, depends on my skin condition,
on days when it is more dry, i'll use the hyaluronic acid alone, if not will be used under my moisturiser....

My skin type is dry and a little sensitive. A must have for me is 'The Refining Facial' from La Mer. I use it twice a week. Just 1 application, my face is instantly brighten and smooth. Not only that, it leaves pores noticeably minised. This is really the best scrub ever and I am thankful my friend introduced this brand to me. The products are really quite amazing. šŸ˜„

Another must have is SKII Treatment Repair C that keeps my face hydrated and glowing. I use this product every night.

For hada labo, u can actually request for a trial sample first, google for it if u are interested.

hada labo lotion which is e cleanser is gd for oily skin as it really hydrates after using. i think i still have e sample. if u wan, i can pass it to u šŸ™‚

however, e toner is not suitable for oily skin as face still gets oily after few hrs.
