      I'm also a happy AMC user πŸ˜‰

I don't cook from the cookbook, just estimate the time since I'm always cooking really simple dishes. My rule of thumb is, veggie cook till 12 o'clock, meat until 3 o'clock. If stew, after 3 o'clock , simmer for another 30 mins. Now I'm also cooking rice using the AMC pot, no need counter space for rice cooker.

        Hi Blessed Homemaker,

Can you teach me how to cook rice using AMC pot? I don’t think can cover fully as it will overspill?

        Thanks!

                Hi Blessed Homemaker,

I love your donuts and steamed milk cake! I am thinking of buying a breadmaker to make bread, no time to knead, any suggestion?

I had a hands-me-down from my sis, European brand, horizontal pan. The baking function was dead so I used it to knead only. Then I bought a Bluesky from Carrefour but it died on me too (the belt broke). So my sis passed me her Bluesky (we bought at the same time), but the same prob, belt broke.

Some popular brands are Breville, Kenwood & Zojirushi.

PS: I’ve not made the donuts and steamed milk cake for a long time. My kids love it too.

Hi, may I know how to purchase a AMC pot?

Am I allowed to buy only 1 pot instead of a set? Can I request for any catalogs? Or what is the approximate price for their pots?

                    Thanks!

πŸ˜“ ... how to explain... I love this pot.. I have been using them for years.. They cooked very fast and you dont need to add oil and water to cook vege.. and it cooked just in minutes.. The best that i like is the lid.. It has indicator that let you know whether the food boiling or cooked..

Maybe you can also ask the AMC agent to demo to you actually..
I am still using the old one, but bought the new model one as I love them.. But my old one still perfectly good until know..
You also can read at the AMC official website to know better..
Sorry if i didnt explain well.. πŸ™‚
Yes, AMC pots are good. Have been using them for 8 years now. Still strong except the reading on the top which shows whether food are well cooked wears off. Now, I don't need it to see them, just judge by looking at the meat or veg inside.
Need very little oil to cook a dish. Though a bit heavy, its easy to wash if you don't fried stuffs. There are stackers for steaming stuffs. I can cook a few dishes concurrently using the different size pots for various usage. One for soup, one for frying veg, one for steaming etc.
I can serve out meals in less than half an hour time excluding the preparation time on the ingredients.

Do you know any AMC agent contact. My small pot handle drop off, can get free replacement right?
