      Hi All

I have some doubt in insurance claim. Hope someone advise. Thanks in advance.

I have bought Pink Of Heatlh (for those bill that less SGD 1500) and AIA HealthShield (for those bill that more than SGD 2K). Recently has submitted the claim and received letter from AIA informed us due to medical bill less than SGD 2k, therefore unclaimable but there was a deductiable amount from the Life Time Limited in the HealthShield.

My question is, I’m submitted the claim under Pink Of Health and had received the daily income, why there is deductible from HealthShield Life Time limited. Don’t is it two difference policy? My agent told me it will be Auto deducted from HealthShield first, if unclaimable then will be claim under Pink Of Health. Is that true? I dont feel is right, if the claim not under HealthShield why AIA deducted the Life Time Limited ?

      Hope someone can advise. Tks

Hope at is clear enough... Basically, choose wisely from the start.

So why did you PM me about Prushield since switching companies is a no-no?

MadScientist is from Prudential?[/quote]Yes I am.

Elderflower, I PMed you based on your earlier questions and queries.

Which health insurance is good provided I am ok to pay extra premium by cash. Meaning can go pte hospital anytime & the bill is always $0.

Looking at AIA, GE, Avivia & Prudential. I guess if use CPF those co-insurance & deductible is more or less the same.

Anyone manage to find the excel sheet?

Probably can check with my agent Kenny 84486907. He is quite good. Did a summary for us and help us to compare plans from different companies

Basically having an insurance in someones life is good i mean we get insurance so that we may secure our as well as our children’s future …

Recently my dad had an insurance from a local agent and he had paid for like 5 years and after that when his insurance was about to be matured the company ran away…
He was very upset and now he told us never to have an insurance… recently my grand pa was shifted to an aged care center. and i was wondering we have to pay for his bills from our pocket and for this reason i thought to have an AVIVA life insurance because a friend of mine told me about it and asked me when you are getting this insurance so i m a bit confused what to do with it…

Hi, has anyone kept your kids’ cord blood with StemCord or CordLife? How long do you intend to keep it? I have been keeping my child’s cord blood since she was born but am thinking of stopping it and donating to the national cord blood bank.

                        Anyone has any advice? TIA!
