When I picked up my son, I saw many RI, raffles girls and crescent girls students attending their class.

a number of CHIJ Secondary girls also go there. Some of them do Chinese literature in Sec school(s).

Called Jiang Laoshi today regarding their Sec 1 class (known as Level 7, I suppose, as a continuation from Pri 6). Seems like focus is beyond syllabus and more Chinese Literature style as she mentioned exposure to good written passages/texts. Class size is about 21 to 22 students, and there will be homework assigned.

Not sure whether there is a differentiation in the program for kids in IP or \"O\" track as the first question she asked me was whether my DD is doing IP. Not decided whether to sign up or not as the class size seems rather big.

              School's website is http://www.jiang.edu.sg/

              TREX8:
Hi, does anyone have experience with Jiang's secondary level classes? Thinking of switching DD from Busy Bee to Jiang's 精英 class, which is the secondary school version of their 3hrs primary school class.

which newspaper did they encourage kids to read ?

is it Zao Bao / Wan Bao, their China daily newspaper, or others ?
