Funz:
The tender bidding process is transparent. The decision making process is not all that transparent. Every bid is accompanied by a proposal. These proposals are where one can try to gain some advantage over other bids even those lower priced ones. And during the crafting of these proposals, the salesperson can try to obtain some pertinent information from the decision makers about what they can do to sweeten the deal to improve their chances.

And if I remember correctly, there is also that end of financial year excess budget that these organisations will try to spend, else their budget may get cut the following year. Most salesperson will try to get a piece of that as they are quick sales. No time for tenders, most probably just 3 quotes.

Tender or no, sales is very much a rapport driven activity. And every good salesperson will try to build a good rapport with the key decision makers. In this instant that rapport was taken way too far.
how about the SIA 'new' website launched May 22, 2011 and till date still full of problems, any corruption of the kind that Make IT Happen ?
Why never show the photos of the women involved?

Will they do so? .. unfair to just shame the men publicly and not the 3 women. Do you think they'll be protected by some law as in the underaged prostitute case?

Of coz not. Their names is already all over the place.

They're not minors.
Which means photos will be splashed all over the papers like the chief?

I suppose when they decide to file charges, we can see their photos in the newspaper.

gag order only to protect those young, underaged teenagers - below 18.

These 3 ladies are .... over aged, in their > 30s to 40s.
Please lah! They are not teenagers. Pang even has an 18 year old grown up son (so big).
Their names & companies are centre spread wide across Channel News Asia report and Chinese Wan Bao, including in detail how they arouse and stimulate his tyrst - ie. How to \"Make It Happen\". The whole globe / world heard of their clandestine affair. It has gone far beyond the shores of our little red dot. Gag order no longer applicable for these 3 .... over ripe papaya.

anyway, when they appear in High Court standing as prosecution witness(es) in the Prosecution stand, you can see 3 of them individually, when they testify against SCDF Chief. TCS camera men, ST reporters will surely zoom in on them, since they'd turned little red dot into so much commotion & turned people's head / attention. NCS is a big major organization(s) servicing many government, ministries and statutory board IT requirements.

The reporters can't wait to take snapshots of these 3, just like the same way they did to the 48 men who visited the underaged prost.

Maybe because they’ve not been exposed (as in photos) and internet searches did not yield any result that I thought there’s some kind of "protection" for them before they’re officially charged. Guess when it’s time for them to appear in court that we’ll see their real faces.

Waiting…waiting…

Kinda disappointed with how things turn out. I thought he had succumbed to the charms of only one woman hence in a way a victim of his heart … but actually he is a "ti ko pak". What a shame!

:rotflmao: yr description of the ladies r so funny! I will think of them when I eat my papayas......

Actually, it's no laughing matters that high ranking officers get arrested. I remember ages ago when one fella who was managing HDB then, committed suicide when he was abt to be exposed for taking bribes.... Now, so common, sigh, where is our moral guidance?

Just wondering-if you are in the position to hire someone and these ladies are the potential interviewees. Ok, fast forward a little bit - these ladies are good fit for the job offered, would you hire them? Taking into account of pang saga?

It shows the degree of how lustful and how \"ti ko pak\" he is.
He didn't just target 1 have sex with him.
his sex appetite like \"hot flame on fire\", need 3.
They took turn to satisfy him. Total 10 round(s), as reported.

one already lustful enough, but 3 so greedy .... wah biang!

July 5 ... is the day of court summon.

Ya me too, I was thinking he was bored or he was not satisfied with his marriage and maybe this lady and him sparked it off but now he is somewhat like all those men who solicited the underage pros. Nothing but a lust problem.
