I think they are trying to send a strong message to those working in the govt, no affairs, no fooling around. Which is good. But I still feel that it is not a crime to have an affair, it is wrong but not a crime. In singapore, it is guilty until proven innocent and not innocent until proven guilty. So whatever they did, be it having an affair or exchanging sex for favours, they are thought to be already guilty and the pictures are splashed all over the newspapers.

This is why we must teach our kids that sometimes even if they do their best, they may still lose out to people who resort to dishonest methods. This is the harsh reality of the world. But we must also teach our kids that no matter what, they should not resort to such measures. Because at the end of the day they must be proud that even if they do not achieve the result, they can hold their heads up high and retain their conscience.

Did you observe the body language of Ng towards his wife as they were walking towards the court? My observation and intuition tells me that he is not appreciative of her so-called standing behind him and support. A few times, he was walking ahead; she trying to catch up and hold on to his elbow. However, he made no attempt to hold her hand. I hope it's not because he is so besotted by this IT beauty that he does not feel remorseful towards his wife. Hope my intuition is wrong though.

Definitely this ex CNB 'gay' is besotted with the attractive IT woman. I am NOT gay...she does looks classy. Why is the wife of this idiot accompanying him to court ? No show of affection or devotion towards her. Doesn't look remorseful either. If this idiot cannot show any tenderness towards her, it's useless to stand by her man in public :mad:
