7 units - 26 = 65
7 units = 91
1 unit = 13

At first, number of kittens is
3 units - 26 + 35 =48

So total number of rabbits and puppies at first is 96

96 - ( 4 x 13 )= 44

2 units + $2 ----- 8 notebooks <--- divide by 2
1 unit + $1 ----- 4 notebooks <--- multiply by 3
3 units + $3 ----- 12 notebooks

As 3 units also equal to 11 notebooks, thus:

11 notebooks + $3 ----- 12 notebooks
1 notebook = $3

3 units = $33 (11notebooks)
1 unit = $11
5 units = $55

At first Male is 40%,
20% of the 40% is 8%

So now male is 40+8 = 48%

same to female.
