I hope my daughter can take care of me...hard to relate with daughter-in-law. Better not go on, this will lead to in-laws issue.

I won't depend on my dil to take care of me. But as someone's dil, I believe I have done some of the duties which shd have been done by their sons - I brought them to their medical reviews, helped them with hospital admission, apply medical subsidy for them etc.

Not all daughters can be depended, not all dils are un-dependable.
