Hi everyone. Music plays an important part of our lives especially our little ones. Please take note that there must be a balanced between all the ingredients of learning music. Care must be taken to ensure that the little ones have ample space to develop in other areas of interest. Many parents have made the simple mistake of indulging their child into ‘dead-end’ hobbies only to regret years later. Don’t just dive into the pool where the common fishes are. Do some homework and invest wisely in time and proffessional management for your child. I gave my daughter total motivation and encouragement. We learned by teaching each other with a private tutor from day one. It’s been 3 years since and now at 7yo, she’s preparing for her Grd 4 piano this year. To know well of music, you’ve got to love music.

        Dear all,

Anyone had experience with Little Mozarts?
        http://www.cristofori.asia/ver3/en/music-courses/music-for-little-mozarts.html
Isst compulsory to get their \"digital piano\"?
I have a keyboard at home and would prefer not to get their digital piano, but i am worried that once i sign up for the course, i am compelled to buy.

For Christofori, you will get the free digital piano if you signed for two terms

This just came to my inbox about Yamaha conducting free trial lessons with the Yamaha Piano Fair 2012 at Suntec on 28th and 29th of April. Phone number given is 67409218.

My kids are already at Yamaha. Just sharing for those who haven't had luck to get a free trial.

              Hello all,

need advice on whether should I continue my girl with Yamaha JMC or switch her to 1-1.

She is telling me lately that she don’t like to play piano cozs very hard. But she likes to sings. So I not sure whether is the pace too fast for her in Yamaha. She had been with the class for 3 terms. She can play with both hands.

Can anyone advise me what I should do?

I feel that kids tend to give up at certain stage where they find it hard. just encourage her to practice more. once they overcome it, they will enjoy it. my kids is like that.

                    Hihi

Same as most mummies here. I hope someone could provide me with some advices if christofori ( mini mozart) or Yamaha ( Music wonderland) is better and more suitable for my 3 yo boy?
As this be his 1st music class I hope to find a good teacher for him as not to kill his interest.
                    Thankyou 🙂

I cannot comment on Cristofori, but if u choose Yamaha, would recommend teachers:
Ms. Cecilia Fong at Leisure Park branch, by Stadium MRT
                      OR
                      Ms. Leong at Tampines branch.

Both are excellent. They teach Junior Music Course which starts at age 4....not sure if they teach the younger age music class.

                        Hi hi,

We are quite keen to put our 3 years old boy thru some music appreciation class soon.

                        Anyone know of any good teacher from the following schools;

                        - yamaha clementi
                        - yamaha plaza singapura
                        - cristofori funan

                        Many thx in anticipation 😂

                        I'll choose Yamaha :rahrah:
