Bangla-dash lor.tutormum:
It doesn't mean that he's not guilty and a totally free man. It's just that there is lack of evidence or other reasons and if they decide to charge him again, they can still haul him to court.
what happen if he dash back to bangla ? -

Bangla-dash lor.[/quote]If Singapore and Bangla-dash has agreement, then their police will get and send him back here. IMHO, usually when acquitted means 'free' unless something crops up like donkey years later somebody produces some evidence then get file reopen. If not, case half close liao. He's very lucky so we have to wait and see whether they reveal the reasons why they come to this verdict. Usually is evidence not strong enough lor. :gloomy:verykiasu2010:

Yes, it is significant that he was not acquitted but just discharge due to insufficient evidence.
However, once he is allowed to return to Bangladesh, even if fresh evidence surface, very difficult to get him back in my opinion. -
tutormum:
To convict him of murder, the prosecution must be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt which in this case, I don't think they had.
