Best fruits?
-
I like to make fruit salad (a bowl with 2-4 types of fruit) instead of serving just one type of fruit per serving. This way, she wonβt eat too much of the heaty / cooling stuff, and can also get a variety of vitamins and antioxidants.

Yeah, scrapping apples into a paste and feeding my son.Berries are good...contain antioxidant.
Kiwi contains lots of vitamin C...we usually eat gold one.
Grapes contain high level of sugar, so hold back.
Banana is good, but get the small type as del monte is cooling.
Mango is heaty.
Young children can eat apple. I used to scrape apple when my kids were babies.
So beautiful as I recall.

Banana provides a lot of energy so if my kid is the active type, is it ok to give?
-
Banana is high in potassium and gives energy. Eat one in the day time but dun give at night coz high in sugar and carbo. Itβs also good for pple with constipation.
