Based on MOE website update, my guess is these following schools are likely to go into balloting at Phase 2B:

Methodist Girls’ School (Primary)
Nanyang Primary School
Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School
Anglo-Chinese School (Junior)
Nan Hua Primary School

Maha Bodhi School
Holy Innocents’ Primary School
Rulang Primary School
Hong Wen School
Tao Nan School
St.Joseph’s Institution Junior
Fairfield Methodist School (Primary)
Nan Chiau Primary School
Rosyth School
St. Hilda’s Primary School
CHIJ Primary (Toa Payoh)

I could be wrong though ...

No balloting for Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) as <1km and 1-2km all in, whereas Anglo-Chinese Primary School will require to have balloting as 20 SC <1km vs 18 vacancies.

But MOE has not updated the list as of now yet.

Do keep us posted on RSS!! Can I assume u are a PV at RSS? I'm waiting to register as a PV for 2014 registration, and is watching this year's registration closely. A bit concerned if i should try out RSS since it is so HOT, and my parents place is in the 1-2km range away from RSS. My option is to move back to my parents so that I don't get pushed to the > 2km group... Headache.

I guess this year will be interesting as there is a split of priority for SC over PR. I wonder if schools publish the statistics for SC applicants vs PR applicants? It will give us a good gauge of the chances of having to go for ballot, esp, for those SC staying within 1km from the school.

My friends who have kids in P1 next year are keeping their fingers crossed. One has volunteered in Nan Hua but have to ballot. Two more days…

Sorry for the last reply.
Contacted RSS in am yesterday and found out balloting required only for SC 1to2km. So I really heng, within 1km. By the way, I am a GRL for EC GRC.
