Just curious. Why is it A MUST for your girl to get into SCGS? There are other girls’ schools not too far from your place, e.g. St. Margaret and Marymount. I would say most of the girls’ schools in SG are relatively good.
Is the exercise that you mentioned just for SCGS or for the whole of SG? Are you implying that one can’t shift after the registration and need to stay in the registered address for the full 6 years? -

RGPS still got place.RGPS 38 registered - increase by 3 from yesterday. 32 within 1km, 1 btw 1-2km, 5 outside 2km. All sc.
SMGS 98 registered in total. 73 are sc. 34 sc outside 2km.
NYPS I heard another 25 applied today.
need another 3 more SCs, then gum gum hor perfect match to 42 vacancies.
so, monitor RGPS closely.

SCGS P1 don't have.

Totally agree with the above posting. Seriously, there is nothing wrong for a parent who wants to move to a school she/he wishes the kid to attend and make plans to move: that should not be regarded as ‘cheat’. If one just ‘borrow’ an address to do so then it is consider ‘cheat’. If one has been staying near the school of choice for 3 yrs may just mean that this parent has planned much earlier?? There are many reasons why people move?
