I did ask my hubby on the time n date when he showed me the report n the photo

From temasek time. He said take it at face value that LKY is still alive. We will know the truth by tomolo evening.

The other thing I find it uncanny is how coincidental for it to be so near ND if it is true...so I cannot rule out malicious acts to time it with ND and make life so thrilling for everyone to look out for NDP this year.

I personally feel that if it has happened, it is a fact, just announced it. Nothing to hide though we will be sad with national day round the corner and also the 2 bronze medal from olympics.

When it comes to someone this important, there are so many protocols to see to. I personally don't think that it's a matter of something to hide but more to announcing at the right time; if there's anything to announce at all in this case. With ND being tomorrow, all the more time is of importance.

If announcement is made before ndp won't it mean that no lees will be able to turn up for the parade? Tv recording can be done for ND message. For someone highly regarded/looked up to by many worldwide, what follows is also the visits from leaders/counterparts for the final bid. It can't be managed while in ND spirit plus the extensive arrangements.. how? In times like this we also cannot take national security lightly.

Maybe his visit to hospital for medical check up is just to be sure that he is fit enough to join the roaring crowd at NDP tomorrow. lol.

He has aged especially after his missus left.

Whether or not his missus has left him, he has aged. In fact he has lived his life to a ripe age filled with fulfillment. His vision for the nation saw thru tough times where hard decisions were unavoidable but necessary. This small dot has seen n survived many major economic crisis and enjoyed years of a safe sanctuary for all of us.. to live n breathe.. earn an honest living.. to build our homes and make a family.. always improve the quality of life.. to stay united and in harmony alongside the racial diversity which is unique to Singapore.

If he has taken ill, he'll be in my prayers to hopefully absolve him from any further pain that he may be suffering.. If he has passed on, I pray he's at peace... for his legacy, his life's work together with the ppl he trusted to take care of all of us, will live on.. even after he's gone.

No matter how the nation needs him, it's only right to let him go should his time comes. He has served enough and served the nation well. I'm swelling with pride as it is as I'm typing this... I am proud to be Singaporean. Always have and always will be.
