      Has anyone done a refund / exchange with Groupon before?


      I just bought the 5-in-1 connection kit for iPad (comes w a 3 mths local groupon warranty) but it can't connect to the TV. Called the hotline but person cannot confirm if a refund or 1-1 exchange can be done. :slapshead:

        allcc6, yes, i got once refund from the restaurant voucher i bought, they need reason, the restaurant specified time for groupon vouvher dining, but i bought all day… so i insisted. groupon refund within 1 week time.

          I bought quite a few, eg. manicure, pedicure, restaurant, etc. No problem so far. Have not tried their travel ones though…

            I purchased the canvas wall art in Dec 2011 and redeemed the voucher in Mar 2012. To date I have not heard from the merchant. Today I called Groupon and requested for a refund. Let’s hope they will resolve this matter soon. I will keep everyone posted.


            Other than this, my experiences with the merchants have been pleasant. The merchants are not pushy when they try to cross their products and services.

              we have the same canvas photos delay… it took months till i get it… continue to feedback to groupon and email direct to the merchants… i did that and eventually i got my 4 canvas photos in different timing and the claimed that they delivered to my house but no one at home, which was bullshit, as my maid was around during that whole period… they asked me to collect at redhill instead… within 3 days or something i cant remember now… the quality of the canvas is really not good… the photos are ok but the wood is super thin type… and the photos is printed on something like paper instead of canvas… lousy… dun buy this from groupon. im glad that i got the photos though… lesson learnt !

                      I bought a music program for my dd. Quality sucks and i had an argument with the counter staff. They treated us like some kinda of "cheapo". Honestly if they have done a great job, we would have stayed on. They kept changing teachers. the whole system is great marketing but sadly, the vendors ain’t doing themselves justice by doing a shabby job. Spoken to a few parents and the center and they were equally disappointed. Sigh
