I know I am not being lucid here but I wish we could…

          Name this one.
Shame this one in every forum and on a hundred blogs.
May someone take a picture of her naked so that every blog writer can include her photo.

And we should make her stand naked at the station control of our most crowded MRT station. There now… I have said it. I feel better now.

Hope it's just an isolated case...

Or more cracks surfacing in our edu system?

Higher expectations on preschools... Higher demands from parents... Higher KPIs for teachers... :siao:

Hope the new stat board is the solution... 🤷

That kindy teacher is not fit to teach.

Resorting to physical violence and stripping the young child in front of the whole class is absolutely deplorable and unforgiving.

Stripping the child of her clothes as punishment is as good as stripping her of her dignity. What did the child do to warrant this public shaming? Shouldn't the teacher exercise more self control to regulate her emotions and resolve errant students issues in a more empathetic way instead of resorting to such harsh and inhuman means? Is there a mental problem with her? I am sure she wouldn't treat her own child this way if she had one.

Goes to show the degeneration of values young people have nowadays. That kindy teacher should be stripped of her right to teach forever. She definitely brought shame to the teaching profession with her horrendous acts.

                :nunchuk: :nunchuk:

The other kiddies who witnessed the incident are victims too. I would like to think that the school had made efforts to talk to the them.

Maybe the kindies should look into absorbing the many SAHM into preschool. Some can come in few hours to run specific programs. Many are very qualified academically, and most importantly they have first hand experience with young kids.

Higher KPIs do not equate to such treatment. This person is not fit to be a kindergarten teacher. Young kids can be rebellious, naughty and try to step beyond boundary but this kind of treatment is definitely not acceptable.
If she can do this to a girl, can we do that to her ? She ought to be shamed.

I feel so sad for the poor girl, I pray that it will not leave a scar for the rest of her life.....

Mawar, about the suggestion on SAHMs, it can really work. My DD attended such a co-op kindy overseas where parents take turns for duties, only about once or twice a month. and the fees are low and the teacher had a Masters in Early Childhood education!

Reminds me of reading about a mom who did that to her own DD. Wasn’t this posted in KSP before?

Maybe this teacher would have done the same to her own child if she has one. Maybe it was the way that she was brought up by her own parents.

Hope there is proper follow-up counselling for the 5yo victim and her classmates. I will be really angry if this happens to my child.
