Any calcium supplements recommended?

Wonderful that your DS has not drank milk filled with hormones, antibotics & pathogens. No, he does not need calcium supplements. In fact, no one should take them. I try sambucol on my kids. Hmm… Sadly it doesn’t work for my kids. So I rely on manuka honey!


When I think they r gg to fall sick, I give aloe vero drink mix with honey.
