don't be ego with ur wife.at home u r not a manager, good friend/spouse/father.
if u addicted to this lady,please away from her,i mean go somewhere with ur family for the coming weekends.don't hesitate to avoid her for lunch. don't mind whatever she thinks.if u avoid her for few times then she would understand that u r not interested on her.
at the same time spice up ur marriage life.talk to ur wife, ask her opinions. -

Actually it is true that 精神出轨, it already signals a serious problem. How about the case where a guy watches a movie and fantasizes with the movie actress? That is also 精神出轨.....
Perhaps if we layer the 精神 into 2 parts, usually such 精神出轨 is driven by lust, i.e. not really loving the person.... So I think there is still hope. Having said this, men being men, lust can also rule everything!!! That's what a friend shared with me when her now ex-hub was lured away by lust for a younger girl.... *sigh* -

Yes, I had to think 5 times before posting this very personal feelings that I was reluctant since this is still a public domain on the Internet and can easily be searched on Google (I will have the MODS delete this when this is overyes, valvestate must be faithful if not he would hv embraced the PRC instead of telling us in KSP.. haha...
).I Though, given the fact that this should be entirely a secret, I decided to do so. I was thinking to perhaps make my post like a 'fiction' just like the other guy did but it will be really obvious... LOL.

go and visit the old folks’ home, see yourself in 30-40 years down the road when nobody is taking care of them.
