This is not news, hv seen similar post in this thread. Wonder what is the purpose of the contact nos, esp hp(gives pp impression that they r very contactable) but there is no way to to reach them. especially when it's urgent n the calls r just being ignored.Hi, what is the contact no to reach you.

They don’t have an office per se. I find it easier to send email and they do respond. Else nectar best approach is to visit the centers during operational hours. There should be admin staff around.

I agree with windows. From their website, the contact numbers (plus hp numbers) are stated and even indicate the so called hours that we should call. But NO ONE ever picked up my phone calls. So what's the point of putting the contact numbers there?
Yes, true that they responded to my email (but it will never be on the same day).
Since they choose not to pick up phone calls, I think they should remove them from the website then. -

Same here. Sent them an email but no response also. They seems to be popular among parents. That’s why I was told their classes are pretty big. Wondering if the kids can learn with such big classes.
-
Yes class size fairly big but ds enjoys the interaction and teachers are aware of each kid’s progress. Some kids may not be able to cope. I find their speed to be fast. Their cloze passages used to be very tough, I also got problem. At least ds has some exposure to such and I’m hoping he’ll learn to think harder

Yes, this obviously was one of the reason for my withdrawal! It can be frustrating if no one Can answer or bothered to return me a call when I have called umpteen times until feedback was posted in this forum. -
Yes, it can be hard to reach them but from what I know and see they are usually swamped with calls and it would be rather hard for them to call back for every single call missed. The timing to call them is also only at a certain timing. Hence, I can see why their lines are jammed up.
They usually reply within a day or two for emails. I think for me, so far it is not too big a problem.
